Get Those House Listings Moving!
We have been asked to do an overwhelming number of Pre-Inspections. That's when we inspect the house before, or while, it's on the market, so it can be sold more quickly. This program has several advantages: - It gives potential buyers peace of mind knowing the defects already

If you're proactive, you'll get the defects fixed and then show receipts for repairs from reputable warranted contractors who will stand behind their work. Those can be uploaded to the web along with the home inspection report, photos, and Termite Inspection.
