Quan's Birthday!
Happy 34th birthday, Quan. Quan Nguyen came to the United States as a Boat Person at the tender age of 14. That was 20 years ago.
Quan worked hard and sought the American Dream. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from ASU. Fulltime, Quan performs as "Director - IT Database Administration" for ASU's Biology Department.
Part-time he is our subcontractor for IT Networking and Linux Support.
He is a true member of our HouseMaster family. We can count on his support anytime, anywhere.
HouseMaster Home & Termite Inspections expert and licensed Arizona Real Estate Instructor, Wendy Rogers, explains perceived problems with mold in residential properties. Mold can be problematic, along with radon, asbestos, and termite infestation. http://www.phoenix.housemaster.com
John O'Coin 2007 "Inspector of the Year" for all of North America
We are so proud of John O'Coin, who won 2007Inspector of the Year for all of HouseMaster in Canada and the United States. John puts people first and is known to be as thorough and detailed of a home inspector as they come. John gets a free trip back to Philadelphia for the annual HouseMaster Conference to be admired and fetted by all.
We've been asked by many real estate agents and website owners to furnish this link. So our wonderful ASU Computer Science graduate IT expert, Quan Nguyen, scripted us the following link,
Feel free to cut / paste this into your website to link to us.
We have been asked to do an overwhelming number of Pre-Inspections. That's when we inspect the house before, or while, it's on the market, so it can be sold more quickly. This program has several advantages:
It gives potential buyers peace of mind knowing the defects already
It gives the buyer the chance to view the inspection report w/photos and Termite Report ONLINE before making an offer
Sets a realistic asking price
Eliminates rengotiation
Protects the Listing Agent from disclosure issues
HouseMaster can re-visit the home to transfer the report to the buyer
If you're proactive, you'll get the defects fixed and then show receipts for repairs from reputable warranted contractors who will stand behind their work. Those can be uploaded to the web along with the home inspection report, photos, and Termite Inspection.
We provide a "Pre-Inspected" sign out in front of the house, underneath the "For Sale" sign.
This works. A study showed "Pre-Inspected" houses sell twice as quickly as non-pre-inspected houses.
